They answered every question I had and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They even offer a puppy delivery service for families who don't live near Connecticut, which is a huge convenience. While many breeders allow puppies to go home at 8 weeks (the legal minimum), I personally believe it's beneficial for puppies to stay with their mother and littermates a little longer. That extra time allows them to continue nursing, mature, and naturally wean before transitioning to their new homes.
