Once I had a certain pup in mind they sent me a copy of the birth certificate and a picture of its parents with their weight . The hardest part was waiting for the availability date! I picked to get my pup at one of their drop off locations closest to my home . I was provided with a window of time and received several status updates as they got closer to the location for pickup .
