Our experience at Furbabies was exceptional. I appreciated the ongoing communication and the transition was a very smooth one. I found the people to be very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered all our questions as we met one on one with our new pup and Roger ( the person who greets you, explains everything, and puts you at ease). I would highly recommend Furbabies to any family interested in getting a new puppy! It was a very positive experience for our family! ❤️❤️🐾🐾

Very pleased with the overall experience with Fairfield Furbabies. We are very excited to add a mini goldendoodle to our family! In a world where it's tough to trust things online, we were also concerned at first. I was able to talk to someone to learn about their process and then also view other customer reviews. I also did some checks with the state to confirm the legitimacy of the business. All of this checked out and my concerns went away. Regarding the experience, the staff was in frequent communication following our decision to proceed. We received emails and text frequently leading up to the day of arrival. I was contacted regarding pick-up options exactly within the timeframe that was stated and then was provided regular updates on our pups progress to the pick-up location. The communication did not stop after we brought the puppy home. We received several texts checking in our how she was acclimating to house, if she was eating, and how the dreaded potty training was going...which was surprisingly good! All around great experience! I would recommend Fairfield Furbabies to others and I would certainly look to them if we decide to add another pup.

Furbabies was ready with him, fresh and bathed. Furbabies has always been excellent with contact and replies to my queries. Bruno's (formerly Harlem) paperwork included his birth certificate, a description and photo of both the sire and dame, his vet check papers including his current vaccine status, and his microchip information. I highly recommend Furbabies to anyone looking for a puppy without reservation! Furbabies reissued the birth certificate to include his new name, Bruno.
